Q. Are Stu Tours Gold Coast family friendly? 

A. Yes Stu Tours welcomes family with children. 

Q. Do you cater to guests with mobility issues?

A.  All tours include a walking element through rainforests, beaches, and urban environments. 
The bus is not fitted out with ramps or hoists but a step is available and the bus can carry 1 to 3 wheel-chairs.

Q. What happens in the event of bad weather? 

A. Stu doesnt believe there is any such thing as bad weather.

But he doesn't take undue risks, and he does check the weather forecasts. 

In the event of rain, humidity, or hot or cold temperatures, we shall persevere with good humour and an adventurous intent.

Wet weather ponchos will be provided.

in the event of heavy rain, strong winds, local lightning or poor visibility the bus will be stopped as soon as practicable, until the conditions improve. 

If the weather does reduce the tour experience significantly section of the tour, a free credit will be arranged. 

Q. What is the cancellation policy? 

A. Stu will provide 24 hours notice of cancellations with full refunds. 

He has never cancelled a tour, even when his football team is playing. 

Passengers cancelling need to give 24 hours notice prior to time of departure for a full refund. 

Q. What should I wear? 
A.  Depending on the climate you are used to, wear comfortable active clothing including walking shoes. 

Q.  What do I need to bring?

A.   Nothing, but I recommended you bring: 

- sunglasses and hat.
- camera, phone and usb charger.
- a towel and maybe swimmers.
- a lunch container. 
- a water bottle.
- a carry bag. 

- some water, inspect spray and sunscreen is provided but bring your personal items if you like. 

* NOTE: Stu does not have, and does not want, any arrangements with 3rd party food providers: you are free to choose what to buy from their menus. 

Q. Can I eat and drink, or sing along to tunes on the bus. 
A.  Yes to all of the above. 

Q. Are all tours private or is there an option to do shared tours?

A. Depending on your group size tours can be private to your group or shared with others.

Q. I would like to visit somewhere not available on your be inspired section of the website, is this possible?

A. Yes. Stu loves new adventures.
